Description
The County of Riverside Purchasing Department on behalf of Riverside University Health System (RUHS) Information Services Department was seeking proposals from parties qualified in providing software services to automate the business operations of the Medically Indigent Services Program (MISP) department. The requested services would serve as a software solution to assist the MISP department in the management of their daily business operations. However, the contract was cancelled due to significant changes to the program objectives and scope of work for software solutions in support of the MISP Department. Key aspects of the contract include:
• Automation of MISP department's business operations
• Calendaring/setting appointments for clients
• Proof of payment
• Staying up-to-date with current Medi-Cal (Medicaid) and Medicare rates
• Software solution to support MISP Department
