Boise Airport - Rooftop Unit Replacements of RTU 48 and 53

The City of Boise is seeking bids for the replacement of two rooftop units (RTU 48 and 53) at the Boise Airport. The scope of work includes providing and installing two rooftop units and all associated mechanical, electrical, and controls in accordance with the attached drawings and specifications. The project also includes the removal of the two existing rooftop units. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the bid(s) that are in the best interest of the city. • The bid submission deadline is 4/24/2024 11:00 AM MDT. • The bid opening will be held virtually, and details for witnessing the bid opening are provided. • A bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier’s check, or cash in the amount of 5% of the bid amount is required. • The city is exempt from federal and state taxes and will execute the required exemption certificates. • The bid tabulation sheet lists five vendors who submitted bids, with TVR Inc. having the lowest bid of $136,200.00.
