Brooks Stadium & Campus Cleaning Services, Fall 2020 - WBL

This contract is for the provision of cleaning services for Brooks Stadium and the campus of Coastal Carolina University during the Fall 2020 semester. The services include complete cleaning and trash removal as specified in Attachment A. The contract was awarded to Synergy Franchising Corp DBA JaniKing of Myrtle Beach for a total potential value of $40,600.00. The key aspects of this contract include: • The contract is for a specific period, with services scheduled to begin on September 19, 2020, and end after the last home football game. • The contractor is required to provide complete cleaning and trash removal services as specified in Attachment A. • The contract has a total potential value of $40,600.00. • The University assumes no liability for any expenses incurred prior to the effective date of the contract and issuance of a purchase order. • A Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be furnished prior to commencement of services.
