CFD COUNTYWIDE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE

The contract is for countywide landscape maintenance services for the County of Sacramento. The services include general horticultural, irrigation, and grounds maintenance, as well as cleanup of landscape areas. The contract was awarded to California Landscape Associates, Inc. for a monthly price of $8,225.00 for seventeen CFD service areas. The contractor must be a licensed landscape contractor with a C-27 license, and all tree pruning must be performed by an ISA Certified Arborist. • The contract includes monthly maintenance tasks, unscheduled work, and support services to maintain the County of Sacramento improvements administered by the Department of Transportation management. • The contractor must comply with the Sacramento County General Terms and Conditions, as well as other applicable laws and regulations. • The contract includes provisions for customer references, pricing responses, and data sheets. • The contract also includes appendices for small and local vendor preferences, prevailing wage rates, and other relevant information.
