Property Tax System

The County of Fresno is seeking a new property management information system to replace the current system used for maintaining property valuation assessments, tax collection, and tax disbursement. The system should be capable of performing all necessary tasks for the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer-Tax Collector and the Assessor-Recorder. The County is seeking proposals from vendors that can provide one or more of the following three possible solutions: a complete replacement system, a replacement system for the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer-Tax Collector with the ability to interface with the existing system or a new separate system used by the Assessor-Recorder, or a replacement system for the Assessor-Recorder with the ability to interface with the existing system or a new separate system used by the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer-Tax Collector. The contract was cancelled and a re-bid is being expedited. • The system should be capable of replacing all functionality currently available in the legacy system. • The system should be implemented within two calendar years of signing the contract. • The vendor should provide the system, documentation, training, and implementation. • The County is seeking proposals from vendors that can provide one or more of the three possible solutions.
