Application Support Specialists III

This contract is for software consulting services to enable Florida International University (FIU) to enter into an agreement with suppliers to fill functional and technical, application support specialist positions. The contract is for an initial term of three years, with the option to renew for three additional one-year terms. The successful respondents will work with representatives from FIU's Panthersoft Department and will provide services in one or more of the following specialized administrative areas: Oracle PeopleSoft Technology, Oracle or SQL Server Database Management, Oracle Business Intelligence development and administration, 3rd party Integration, Web and Application development, Learning Management System development and administration, Salesforce development and administration, Jaggaer integration development, Hyland/ImageNow development and administration, and Project Management. Some key points to consider are: • The contract is a competitive solicitation, with multiple vendors selected for award of a Master Agreement. • The University reserves the right to add additional specialized administrative areas throughout the term of the Master Agreement. • Pricing for any additional proposed services must be included in the supplier's proposal. • The contract is expected to begin immediately upon execution of an agreement. • The University intends to select multiple respondents for award of a Master Agreement.
