Water Building Remodel

The City of Rexburg is renovating its existing water‑department building and adding a new pre‑engineered metal building at 515 N 5th W. The contract covers demolition, structural steel, concrete, roofing, interior finishes, MEP upgrades, site grading, utility installation, and related civil work. The scope is divided into three lump‑sum items: (1) construction of the metal‑building addition, (2) remodel of the existing structure, and (3) complete site work. The project is funded entirely by municipal funds, has a bid deadline of 30 June 2026, and the award was given to Headwaters Construction.
