On-Call Weed Abatement Services

The City of Milpitas Purchasing Division is seeking bids for on-call weed abatement services for the City's right-of-ways, easements, and other City lands on an as-needed basis. The successfully bidder will be a prime contractor with experience in weed abatement services and will be required to furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation, handling, traffic control, and other incidentals necessary to complete the work successfully. • The contract is for on-call services, with quotes valid for 90 days • The bidder must have a current Class C-27 (Landscaping Contractor) license and be qualified to perform incidental work such as pesticide applications and pest control • The contract was awarded to TerraCare Associates LP, who was the lowest most responsive and responsible bidder meeting specifications
