Historical Society Cafe

The Montana Historical Society is seeking a vendor to operate a cafe within the Historical Society building. The vendor will be responsible for providing food and beverage services to visitors and staff. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that best meets the requirements outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document. The RFP includes requirements for menu options, pricing, hours of operation, marketing, and customer service. The vendor will be required to provide a revenue share percentage to the State of Montana. The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, with the option for renewal. • The cafe will serve a variety of food and beverage options, including breakfast and lunch items, as well as snacks and beverages. • The vendor will be responsible for marketing the cafe and attracting customers. • The vendor will be required to provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive experience. • The vendor will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cafe. • The vendor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to food safety and employment.
