The Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic is seeking a single‑source, Firm Fixed Price contract to provide a dedicated 10 Gbps symmetrical commercial internet connection for hundreds of concurrent users at the NIWC Atlantic facility. The contract will be awarded to Segra (operating as Clarity Communications Group, LLC) and will consist of a one‑year base period with four one‑year option periods, allowing the Government to extend the service up to five years total.
