Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is seeking qualified broadband Internet Service Providers to deliver statewide ISP services to a comprehensive list of Washington state counties. Vendors must already have a signed Network Services Agreement (NSA) and Broadband ISP Technical Addendum with WaTech, and must submit a detailed cost model (including non‑recurring and monthly recurring costs) for each site they wish to serve. Evaluation will be 50 % based on price (NRC + 36 × MRC) and 50 % on the install interval, with the lowest total score determining the apparently successful vendor per site. Key compliance items include meeting guaranteed install intervals, passing mandatory technical requirements, and completing background checks for all assigned personnel.
