RORC Fieldhouse Installation

The City of Ridgefield, Washington, has awarded a contract to Conframe Construction for the installation of a new custom shed/Fieldhouse at the Ridgefield Outdoor Recreation Complex (RORC). The contract includes the installation of a custom shed for the Fieldhouse and umpire changing room/office, electrical installation, ventilation/cooling system, and concrete slab/footings for the sheds/structures. The work must be fully completed within 40 working days from the notice to proceed. The contract amount is $273,842.47.
