Lighting Control Console - CPAC

The scope of work for this contract includes the furnishing, installation, and training for a Lighting Control Console at the Charlotte Performing Arts Center in Punta Gorda, Florida. The contract was awarded to Creative Sound & Lighting Solutions, who submitted the low, responsive, and responsible bid. The project includes the installation of a NEO Lighting Control Console, a Planar Helium 21" Touch Screen Monitor, an extra DMX 512 channel universe, an Apple iPad mini, and an Apple AirPort Extreme, as well as installation and training. The total price for the contract is $7,862.09. • The contract includes the installation of a NEO Lighting Control Console with a Universe of DMX, 4 DMX Outputs, 1 DMX Input, 4 Encoder wheels with Encoder Status Display, MIDI In/Out, SMPTE In/Out, HDMI, VESA & DVI video display ports, 8 USB ports, Console dust cover, 2 Gooseneck console lights, Universal power supply, IEC cables, and a Quick Start Guide. • The contract also includes the installation of a Planar Helium 21" Touch Screen Monitor, an extra DMX 512 channel universe, an Apple iPad mini, and an Apple AirPort Extreme. • The vendor will provide installation and training for the Lighting Control Console. • The contract was awarded based on the vendor's price and responsiveness to the District's specifications and terms and conditions.
