General Appraisal Services

The Ocean County Board of Commissioners has awarded a contract for general appraisal services to three vendors: Henry J. Mancini & Associates, Inc., Integra Realty Resources - Coastal, NJ, and New Jersey Realty Advisory Group, LLC. The contract is for a period of one year, from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022, and the total cost of the contract is not to exceed $625,000. The vendors will provide professional appraisal services, including testifying as expert witnesses in County condemnation matters and performing other County appraisal work as needed. • The contract was awarded through a Request for Qualifications process, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. • The vendors were selected based on their responses to the Request for Qualifications and were recommended by the Ocean County Consultant Selection Review Committee. • The contract is for a period of one year, with the option for renewal. • The total cost of the contract is not to exceed $625,000. • The vendors will provide professional appraisal services, including testifying as expert witnesses in County condemnation matters and performing other County appraisal work as needed.
