Digital Media Equipment, Training and Maintenance (optional) Services

The Inland Empire Health Plan is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Digital Media Equipment, Training and Maintenance (optional) Services for their new production studio. The contractor will be responsible for providing good channels of communication and cooperation with the System Integrator and IEHP to ensure the completion of the Digital Media Center (DMC) as efficiently as possible, in both time and budget. The services include the purchase of equipment, training, and maintenance (if optional). The delivery of products must be F.O.B. Destination, and delivery appointments must be made with IEHP's Marketing Department at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. • The contractor must provide Digital Media Equipment, Training and Maintenance (optional) Services for the new production studio. • The contractor must work with the System Integrator and IEHP to ensure the completion of the DMC. • The services include the purchase of equipment, training, and maintenance (if optional). • The delivery of products must be F.O.B.
