The City of Richland is seeking bids for the Torbett & McPherson Watermain Replacement & Road Improvements project. The project includes the construction of a new water main replacement, road reconstruction, and installation of new water mains, services, and fire hydrants. The engineer's estimated value of the project is between $950,000 and $1.1 million. • The project includes the construction of a new water main replacement along McPherson Ave and Torbett Street. • The project includes road reconstruction of 1250 LF of Torbett, 850 LF of McPherson, and asphalt overlay of 850 LF of McPherson. • The project includes installation of 2460 LF of new 8” PVC water mains, 73 water services, fire hydrants, ADA ramps, storm drainage, site restoration, and other incidental work. • The City of Richland is an equal opportunity employer and encourages disadvantaged business enterprises to submit bids. • The bid documents and addenda are available for download on the City of Richland's website.
