P-16015 Architecture & Engineering Services

This contract is for architecture and engineering services provided by GSG Consultants, Inc. to the Chicago Park District. The contract has a term of one year with the possibility of up to three additional one-year extensions. The services include providing experienced personnel to carry out the services in a timely fashion. The contract requires the vendor to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, and to indemnify and hold harmless the Park District and its employees, agents, and volunteers. The contract also requires the vendor to maintain insurance coverage and to provide notices and documents as required. • The contract is governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Illinois. • The vendor must perform under the contract as an independent contractor and not as a representative, employee, agent, or partner of the Park District. • The contract requires the vendor to provide architecture and engineering services, including design and engineering services, as required by the Park District. • The contract has a term of one year with the possibility of up to three additional one-year extensions. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, and must indemnify and hold harmless the Park District and its employees, agents, and volunteers.
