P-16015 Architecture and Engineering Services

This contract is a Master Independent Contractor Agreement for Architecture and Engineering Services between the Chicago Park District and Juli Ordower Landscape Architecture LLC. The contract is for a period of one year, with options to extend. The contractor will provide architecture and/or engineering services to the Park District for various projects. The contract includes terms and conditions for the provision of services, payment, and termination. The contractor is required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, and to indemnify and hold harmless the Park District and its officials, employees, and agents. • The contract is governed by the internal laws of the State of Illinois. • The contractor is required to maintain all insurance required by the RFQ. • The contractor is not entitled to any extension of this Master Contract or any damages due to the termination of this Master Contract. • The contract includes a provision for the waiver of any right of contribution against the Park District. • The contract includes a provision for the indemnification of the Park District and its officials, employees, and agents.
