C-101100 RFP 45-22 - Actuarial Services - Self Insurance Risk Fund

The City of Vancouver has contracted with Prime Actuarial Consulting, LLC (dba Bickmore Actuarial) to provide actuarial services for the City's Self Insurance Risk Fund. The services include annual actuarial studies and related actuarial services for estimating outstanding liabilities for unpaid claims from self-insured exposures. The contract has a term of 5 years, starting from December 22, 2022, and ending on December 21, 2027. The maximum compensation for the work is $55,000.00 USD. • The Contractor shall provide all services and materials as set forth in the contract. • The Contractor shall perform annual actuarial studies and provide related actuarial services. • The City reserves the right to correct any invoices paid in error. • The Contractor shall indemnify, defend, save and hold harmless the City from any liability, demands, claims, causes of action, suits or judgments.
