The Iowa Utilities Board (IUB) has been instructed to conduct a review of current Iowa Code provisions and ratemaking procedures and to prepare a final report with findings and recommendations. The IUB will competitively procure a vendor to assist in the research, coordination, and writing of the report. The contract will have a term of one year or will terminate upon delivery of the final report to the Iowa State legislature. The vendor will be required to provide a detailed quarterly report in Microsoft Excel on all sales made under the contract.
