General Appraisal Services

This contract is for general appraisal services to be provided to the Ocean County Board of Commissioners. The contract was awarded to three vendors: Taurus Allied Partners, Inc. dba Integra Realty Resources Coastal, NJ, Henry J. Mancini & Associates, and New Jersey Realty Advisory Group, LLC. The contract is for a period of one year, from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, and the total cost of the contract is not to exceed $950,000.
