The van must be equal to or better than a 2013/2014 Dodge Grand Caravan SE, with a Braun manual swing-out ramp, Q'Straint tie downs, interlock, OEM 20 gallon fuel tank, full size spare, roll out co-pilot seat, rear storage area, and double foldaway seat behind driver.
