Description
The City of Palm Bay solicited the services of qualified health care firms to conduct drug screening, pre-employment, and annual physical exams for the Fire and Police departments and other City departments as required. The contract was awarded to Health First Occupational Medicine, which provided a list of services with corresponding prices. The services include hepatitis screenings, immunizations, blood tests, and physical exams.
• Hepatitis A, B, and C screenings and immunizations
• Blood tests, including CBC and 24-panel tests
• Physical exams, including electrocardiograms and vision screens
• Urine and drug tests
• Breath and saliva alcohol tests
• Stress tests and nuclear stress tests
The contract also includes a grand total of $3,392.00 for the services provided.
