Women's Undergarments

The State of Iowa is seeking bids for a single Bidder to provide Women's Undergarments. The contract term is for one year, with the option to renew for up to two annual extensions. The contract will be available to all State Agencies. The Bidder must provide a detailed quarterly report in Microsoft Excel on all sales made under the resulting Contract. The Bidder shall pay a 1.00% Administrative Fee on all sales made against the resulting Contract. • The contract requires the Bidder to provide Women's 100% Cotton Briefs in various sizes. • The Bidder must agree to the terms and conditions, including the payment terms and administrative fee. • The contract will be awarded to the Bidder who submits the lowest priced bid. • The State of Iowa prefers to pay Bidders using its Purchasing Card Program (Pcard) whenever possible. • The Bidder shall comply with the Terms of Pcard Acceptance.
