Description
This contract is for the implementation of a landfill scale software solution, including the conversion and migration of existing account data, installation and configuration of the new solution, testing, and training. The contract is between the City of Tucson and Paradigm Software LLC. The solution must integrate with a Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant solution for credit card processing and provide various functional requirements such as tracking material and tonnages disposed of, calculating charges, and providing reporting capabilities.
