Description
The Four Rivers Sanitation Authority contracted N‑TRAK Group, LLC to replace the access roadway and associated infrastructure at its wastewater treatment plant in Rockford, Illinois. The project involves demolition of existing pavement, curbs, gutters, fences, and utility structures, followed by installation of new aggregate base course, Portland cement concrete (PCC) sidewalk and ramp, hot‑mix asphalt binder and surface courses, new concrete curb‑and‑gutter, storm‑sewer and sanitary‑sewer pipe work, utility relocations (electric, fiber‑optic, water, gas), extensive landscaping, erosion‑control, traffic‑control staging, and temporary guard‑shack facilities. The work must be completed by 30 Nov 2026, with strict utility‑locate notice periods, limited work‑hour windows, and a $300 per day liquidated‑damage clause for overruns.
