Athletic Surfacing and Asphalt Maintenance

This contract provides comprehensive athletic surfacing and asphalt maintenance services for Fauquier County’s public schools and county facilities. ATC Corp supplies, installs, repairs, and maintains a wide range of sport‑related surfaces (acrylic tracks, turf, tennis courts, etc.) and performs all associated asphalt work (patching, seal‑coating, crack‑filling, speed‑humps, curb and sidewalk work, etc.). The agreement includes insurance requirements, a 45‑day invoice payment term, and provisions for subcontractor payment and renewal options. • Scope covers both new surfacing installations and ongoing asphalt preservation across all county athletic venues. • Contract term runs from 9/9/2025 to 4/30/2027 with one‑year renewal exercised and a second optional extension. • Pricing is negotiated under a unit‑price structure with a 120‑day price‑guarantee and a 2 % NCPA administrative fee tiered by sales volume.
