F St and W 8th St Reconstruction

The contract is for the reconstruction of F Street and West 8th Street in downtown Juneau, including various quantities of mobilization, traffic control, demolition and disposal, erosion and sediment control, clearing and grubbing, excavation and imported fill, water, sewer and storm drain pipe, structures and appurtenances, pavement and concrete surfacing, curb and gutter, topsoil and seeding, construction surveying, signage, striping, street lighting and associated electrical and other miscellaneous improvements and appurtenances. The contract was awarded to Coogan Construction, with a total bid of $1,347,375.00.
