DEBRIS MONITORING SERVICES

The City of Palm Bay is seeking a consultant to provide debris monitoring services. The successful proposer will be responsible for monitoring the recovery efforts of the City's Debris Removal Contractor in the field, in accordance with the Stafford Act and Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) policies and guidelines. The services include monitoring debris collection, Temporary Debris Storage & Removal Sites (TDSRS), as well as data reporting and other related services. The consultant shall monitor the DRC's progress and suggest and assist with implementing recommendations to improve efficiency.
