Description
Fort Valley State University (FVSU) is seeking to purchase Air Handling Units for the CEP and Davison Hall as per the Specs and Scope of Work. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, and responsible supplier meeting all specifications. The contract terms and conditions can be downloaded from the Sourcing Event. The awarded supplier(s) shall be required to furnish a performance bond to the State Entity for the guaranteed delivery date on the contract in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount. • The contract is for a one-time purchase.
• The delivery date requirement is no later than September 30, 2023.
• A performance bond is required for the full amount of the contract.
