MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING FOR TRANSITIONAL AGE YOUTH

This contract is for mental health and well-being services for transitional age youth. The contract is between the County of Orange, Health Care Agency, and National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence – Orange County DBA Partners4Wellness. The contract term is from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2026, with a total contract value of $1,401,600. The services include program administration, direct program services, and subcontractor services. • Program administration services include staffing for a chief executive officer, director of finance, operations manager, and program director. • Direct program services include community engagement, prevention programs, outreach coordination, and networking. • Subcontractor services include consulting and teaching artists. The contract requires monthly reports, including programmatic, expenditure, and revenue reports, as well as staffing reports.
