The system must be replaced with an NPDES compliant aerobic treatment unit that can treat at least 480 gallons per day. The contractor must also connect the downspouts and pump and fill the existing septic system in accordance with local and state codes. The contractor must provide all necessary permits and warranties, and must carry a minimum of $2,000,000 in general commercial liability insurance and $1,000,000 in commercial auto liability insurance.
