The Town of Prescott Valley is seeking bids for the repair and rehabilitation of a single-family housing unit through the Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program. The work consists of repairing and upgrading electrical, plumbing, mechanical, insulation, lead-based paint abatement, and other related repairs. The contractor awarded the bid must provide proof of insurance and comply with all federal civil rights statements and laws. • The project includes repair and rehabilitation of a single-family home. • The contractor must provide proof of Workman’s Compensation Insurance, Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability Insurance, and Automobile Bodily Injury and Property Damage Insurance. • Compliance with all federal civil rights statements and laws is required. • Davis-Bacon compliance is not required. • The Town of Prescott Valley reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bid proposals.
