COMPUTERS AND OR LAPTOPS INCLUDING 3RD PARTY FINANCING

The County of Hawaii is seeking to establish a price term agreement for the furnishing and delivering of computers and/or laptops. The contract includes approximately 600 basic computers, 25 AutoCAD/GIS computers, and 75 laptop computers. The contract also includes financing options for the purchase of the computers and laptops. The contract was awarded to multiple vendors, including En Pointe, Howard Tech, and Pacific Data, as well as Dell, although Dell does not accept the County of Hawaii's Terms & Conditions. Some key features of the contract include: • The contract includes a 4-year and 5-year warranty option for the computers and laptops • The contract includes financing options with a 48-month term • The contract includes a buyout option at the end of the lease • The contract includes a total price for each item, including the cost of the computers and laptops, as well as the financing costs.
