Auto Body Repair Services of Damaged Vehicles - (NJCPA COOP BC-BID-21-18)

The County of Bergen has awarded a contract for auto body repair services of damaged vehicles to Crocco's Collision and Bodyworks, and Bergen Brookside Auto Body, Inc. The contract is for a 12-month period, commencing June 16, 2023, and ending June 15, 2024, with an option to renew. The total amount of the contract is not to exceed $35,000.00. The contract is open-ended, meaning that the County of Bergen is not obligated to order, accept, or pay for services except when it orders them. The vendors will provide auto body repair services for automobiles, light to medium duty vehicles, buses, and heavy duty trucks. • The contract is a cooperative purchasing agreement, which allows other municipalities to participate and take advantage of the pricing established. • The vendors will be determined at the time of service, based on rate, equipment, and availability. • The contract includes a parts discount of 15% for Crocco's Collision and Bodyworks, and 10% for Bergen Brookside Auto Body, Inc. • The contract is subject to the Affirmative Action Regulations of the State of New Jersey and requirements of Public Law 1975, Chapter 127, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
