REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR NORTHFIELD PARK REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT

The City of North Richland Hills is seeking professional and technical services from a qualified team of professionals with multiple years of experience in the municipal park planning and development industry. The primary scope of services will be to assist the City with the solicitation of public input, the preparation of master development concept plans, and the preparation of construction documents and specifications for the project. The contract was awarded to multiple vendors, including Schrickel, Rollins, and Associates, Inc., David McCaskill Design Group, and others. The contract is for the redevelopment of Northfield Park. • The City of North Richland Hills reserves the right to reject in part or in whole all bids submitted. • The deadline for asking questions was December 29, 2015. • The contract is subject to the disclosure requirements of House Bill 1295. • The City of North Richland Hills is seeking a design team whose qualifications are most closely aligned with the successful planning, development, and execution of the project.
