Description
The Wichita Falls Independent School District (WFISD) was soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified sources of real estate brokerage services to provide services for selling or purchasing property for WFISD. The selected firm would be responsible for assisting the District with commercial brokerage services, representing the District's interest in marketing and negotiating sales for assigned real estate properties, and providing other commercial real estate related services as requested. The contract was cancelled and all quotes were rejected.
• The RFQ was posted on January 27, 2014, and the deadline for submission was February 11, 2014.
• The selection process would be made by members of a Source Selection Team.
• The WFISD reserves the right to verify and confirm the information submitted in this RFQ.
• The agreement will be construed and governed according to the laws of the State of Texas.
