TIRES

The County of Hawaii issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the supply of two 9.5L - 15SL F2m (6 PLY) tires for the Department of Public Works, Highway Maintenance Division. The RFQ was cancelled due to no quotes being received. The contract was to be awarded as a lot, with all quotations required to be F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid and allowed, and inclusive of all applicable taxes. • The RFQ was posted on November 27, 2013, and the bid submission date was December 5, 2013. • The County of Hawaii is exempt from federal taxes and the City and County of Honolulu, 0.5% General Excise Tax Surcharge. • The RFQ included an attachment (RFQ Form 1) that must be downloaded, completed, and signed, then uploaded with the RFQ submission. • Questions should be submitted through Public Purchase.
