Foundational Equity Training for San Mateo County Staff

The County of San Mateo is seeking a consultant to provide live online, interactive, and inclusive foundational racial and social equity training to County staff. The selected vendor will also provide technical assistance to the equity team to create a sustainability plan. The pilot phase is expected to take place between December 2022 and June 2023. Key aspects of the contract include: • Providing live online training to as many County staff as possible during the pilot phase • Creating a sustainability plan to enable the County to provide foundational equity training to all staff • Providing technical assistance to the equity team • Building a long-term partnership with the County • Meeting the required qualifications and evaluation criteria identified in the RFP
