Laboratory Services

This contract is an intergovernmental agreement between the City of Mesa and the Town of Queen Creek for the provision of forensic laboratory services. The City of Mesa will provide services such as biology, controlled substances, firearms and toolmarks analysis, and toxicology, among others. The agreement has a term of five years and can be terminated by either party with written notice. The Town of Queen Creek will provide funding to the City of Mesa in exchange for the services provided.
