P-22009 Supplemental Plumbing Supplies

This contract is for the supply and delivery of supplemental plumbing supplies to the Chicago Park District. The contract includes eight categories of supplies, and the vendors will provide the supplies on an as-needed basis. The contract has a one-year initial term with four additional one-year extension options. The total contract amount is not to exceed $612,382.60 for the initial contract term. • The contract includes categories for PVC pipe and fittings, copper, galvanized pipe fittings, faucets, valves, and stops, drainage products, pool parts, washroom and materials, and hangers and fasteners. • The vendors will provide the supplies at the prices stated in the contract, and the Chicago Park District will pay for the supplies based on the quantities ordered. • The contract includes provisions for affirmative action, authorization, and general conditions. • The vendors have experience and capacity to supply and deliver the supplemental plumbing supplies to the Chicago Park District.
