P-16015 Architecture & Engineering Services

This contract is a Master Independent Contractor Agreement for Architecture and Engineering Services between the Chicago Park District and Wolff Landscape Architecture, Inc. The contract is for a period of one year with the possibility of up to three additional one-year extensions. The vendor will provide architecture and engineering services to the Park District on a project-specific basis. The contract includes provisions for insurance, indemnification, and termination.
