HEARTSTART AED REPLACEMENT SUPPLIES

The County of Hawaii issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for HeartStart AED replacement supplies, including Philips HeartStart OnSite Replacement Pads Cartridge and Philips Onsite Battery M5070A. However, the RFQ has been cancelled due to an error in the quantity requested for one of the items. The RFQ will be re-quoted. The required products are to be delivered to the HI CNTY CVL SERV HEALTH&SAFETY, 101 Pauahi St, Suite 2, Hilo, HI 96720. • The RFQ includes three items: AED pads for adults, AED pads for pediatrics, and a battery. • The products must be from Philips HeartStart, with no substitutions allowed. • The unit price shall not exceed four decimal places. • All quotations must be F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid and allowed, and inclusive of all applicable taxes. • The award may be by individual line item or as a lot, whichever is in the best interest of the County.
