Conference Room Renovation

This contract is a competitive sealed‑bid award for the renovation of an existing office space into a conference room within the administration area of Appleton International Airport. The scope includes demolition of interior finishes, installation of new HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire‑sprinkler, and low‑voltage technology systems, as well as interior fit‑out (casework, doors, finishes) and coordination with existing airport infrastructure. RJM Construction was selected as the low‑bid winner at $111,100, and must provide a 5 % bid bond, performance and payment bonds, and meet extensive insurance and indemnification requirements.
