Owner's Rep Services for Chapter 1 Library Bond Projects

The Multnomah County Department of County Assets/Facilities and Property Management Division, on behalf of Multnomah County Library, is seeking Owner's Rep Services for the Library Bond Capital Projects. The projects include the renovation and expansion of existing libraries and the construction of new libraries. The selected Owner's Rep firm will be expected to work cooperatively with the Owner, CM/GC, A/E Firm, and other Trade Partners to manage the Project. The contract term shall be five (5) years with the option to renew for an additional one (1) year period(s) until two (2) years after Final Completion. The key aspects of the contract include: • Project management and oversight • Collaboration with the project team • Cost control and budget management • Schedule management • Quality control and assurance • Communication and coordination with stakeholders The Multnomah County Library capital bond project principles are paramount in the delivery of these projects, including accountability, equity, accessibility, flexibility, community partnership, innovative and inspirational design, and sustainability.
