Quality Assurance/Compliance Testing

The City of Prescott is seeking a contractor to provide on-call quality assurance and compliance testing services for public works capital improvement projects. The contractor will be required to perform materials sampling, testing, and other related services to determine compliance with technical specification requirements. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew for two additional years. The contractor will be paid on an as-needed basis, and the city does not guarantee any amount of work to be performed under this contract. The contractor will be required to provide certified personnel, calibrated equipment, and to perform all work in accordance with ASTM, AASHTO, ACI, and ATTI procedures.
