Description
The City of Boise Public Works Department is seeking to pre-qualify potential contractors for providing Multi-sensor Inspection Services for large diameter sewer trunklines. The work involves providing all labor, material and equipment for multi-sensor inspection (MSI) of large diameter sewer mains, which may include a combination of sonar, 2D-LiDAR, and HD CCTV. The project requires integration of the inspection output into the City's existing GraniteNET database.
• The project involves inspecting approximately 48,000 feet of sewer mains with pipe sizes ranging from 21-inch to 48-inch.
• The work is anticipated to be performed under live flow conditions.
• The City will evaluate proposals and only allow approved contractors to bid on RFQ 2023-042.
• The project is expected to start on September 20, 2023, and last for 180 calendar days.
