This contract provides Radford University with campus‑wide cable‑TV (RF) and digital streaming (OnStream IPTV) services, including Emergency Alert System integration and use of the university’s existing Monroe equipment. The agreement is a five‑year renewal (Aug 2024 – Jul 2029) that supersedes the original five‑year base term (2019‑2024) and a prior one‑year renewal. The vendor, Boldyn Networks Higher Ed LLC, supplies and maintains the streaming encoders, upgrades satellite blades, and retains ownership of all installed equipment while delivering 24/7 support and annual invoicing at a rate of $105,191.04 (subject to a 20 % credit for the renewal term). The university retains the right to adjust the scope of RF and streaming services during the renewal period without penalty.
