Auctioneering & Liquidation Services for Sale of Estate Property

The County of Riverside is seeking auctioneering and liquidation services for the sale of personal property belonging to estates under the jurisdiction of the Sheriff-Coroner/Public Administrator's Bureau. The selected vendor will be responsible for conducting auctions both on-site and online, and providing mobile off-location auction services as needed. The contract is expected to involve the sale of various types of personal property, including vehicles, furniture, and other items. Key aspects of the contract include: • The County's objectives are to maximize the return from the sale of personal property and maintain a professional, business-like posture. • The contract is expected to involve between four to five auctions annually. • The auctioneer/liquidator will be required to conduct auctions on Saturdays, unless otherwise approved. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, pending approval from the Riverside County Board of Supervisors.
