Water Conservation, Regulatory & Technical Assistance Services

The City of Oxnard is seeking a consultant to provide technical and environmental expertise for water conservation, regulatory, and technical assistance services. The consultant will be responsible for providing a plan for anticipated known and future permitting, reporting, and technical needs, including a plan for permanent water conservation laws implementation and guidance, regulatory permitting and compliance, and technical planning for water and recycled system expansion, emergency, and improvements.
